EP-ACTOR’S GROUP FALL SESSION DEPOSIT
Fall Session 2024
Start Date: October 2nd, 2024
Duration: 5 weeks for the first session, followed by 7-week sessions thereafter.
Class Time: Every Wednesday, 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM (Mountain Time).
Session Focus: Acting techniques, script readings, self-tape review, and scene work.
Instructor: Pending
Location: Virtual/On-location (Details to be provided upon enrollment).
First Session Cost: $300 for 5 weeks
Subsequent Sessions Cost: $420 for each 7-week session.
The EP Actor’s Group provides a comprehensive learning experience for both new and experienced actors. Each session is designed to help actors sharpen their skills through hands-on activities, feedback, and professional guidance.
Rules for Class Enrollment and Participation
Payment Terms:
A $60 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot in the session.
The remaining balance must be paid by October 23rd, 2024.
Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the session is canceled by EP Actor's Group.
Payment plans may be available upon request (Contact Financial Administrator for details).
Attendance:
Attendees are expected to participate in all classes. If you must miss a class, please inform the Program Coordinator in advance.
Two or more unexcused absences may result in dismissal from the session without refund.
Class Participation:
Be prepared for active participation, including script readings, scene work, and feedback sessions.
Respect your fellow actors, instructors, and all staff during class time.
Self-Tape Submissions:
Self-tape assignments must be submitted by the due date for review by the Self-Tape Coordinator.
Late submissions will not receive feedback.
Code of Conduct:
Professionalism is expected at all times during sessions, workshops, and events.
Disruptive behavior or harassment will result in removal from the group without refund.
Technical Requirements:
For virtual sessions, reliable internet access and a working camera are required.
Make sure you have a quiet space to participate in class to ensure minimal disruptions.
Cancellation Policy:
Classes may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. Members will be notified in advance, and a makeup class or refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation.
